The scope sets the price—not the city name

Our ranges don't change at municipal borders. What changes is process — permits, heritage review, conservation rules, and each city page explains exactly how that plays out where you live. The services are the same everywhere:

Coverage questions

Service area FAQs

What areas does NextSite Demolition serve?

We serve York Region, Toronto and selected nearby communities from our Thornhill base. Core coverage runs from Toronto and Scarborough north through Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, King City, Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury and Keswick, with Stouffville and Uxbridge to the east. Larger Hamilton projects are quoted selectively. Scheduling depends on job size, access and the equipment required.

Do you charge more in some cities than others?

No — our published pricing ranges apply across the whole service area. What changes between cities isn't our rate, it's the local factors: heritage review timelines in Vaughan and Markham, site-alteration approvals near the Oak Ridges Moraine, and Toronto's tree and ravine rules in North York. We price the job, not the postal code.

I'm outside the listed service areas — will you still take the job?

Sometimes. Larger structural or multi-day projects can justify a longer mobilization. Send the address, scope and photos and we will tell you directly whether the schedule and travel make sense.

Does distance change the demolition price?

The job is priced around labour, equipment, disposal, access and mobilization. A small hand-removal job farther from Thornhill may carry more travel impact than a multi-day structural scope, which is why we review the address before promising a number.
