Much of Woodbridge was built between the 1950s and the 1980s on generous lots, and many of those homes now sit on land worth more than the house. That drives steady teardown-rebuild work, pool removals and large interior renovations. Wide driveways and open side yards often give equipment a clear run, which keeps some jobs simpler than the same scope would be in central Toronto.
The exceptions are what we check first. The old village core is a designated heritage district, parts of the Humber River valley fall under conservation authority rules, and mature trees line many streets. Each of those can change the schedule or the equipment route, so we look at them at the walkthrough instead of after the quote is signed.
