Before work
Starting point
The small wood-frame garage had deteriorated siding, roofing and framing but sat close to the fence and neighbouring property. The slab was still serviceable, so the teardown needed to remove the structure without damaging the concrete below.
On site
Work completed
Utilities were confirmed disconnected before doors, roofing and wall cladding came off. The crew reduced the framing from the top down, kept the walls controlled as bracing was removed, and stacked lumber and sheet material away from the access path.
Clean handoff
Result
The structure and loose fasteners were completely removed while the slab remained in place. A final magnet sweep and broom clean left a usable pad instead of scattered nails, splintered lumber and disposal work for the property owner.
