Before work
Starting point
The brick garage sat close to both the property line and the rear access lane. Loose masonry and a failing roof made it unsuitable for reuse, while the narrow working area ruled out an uncontrolled machine push-over.
On site
Work completed
The roof and doors were removed first to expose the wall structure. Brickwork was reduced in short lifts toward the interior of the footprint, keeping debris away from the fence. Masonry, metal and roofing were loaded separately as space opened up.
Clean handoff
Result
The garage footprint was cleared to the agreed slab level and the perimeter was swept of mortar and fasteners. Controlled dismantling protected the neighbouring fence and left the rear lane clear throughout the work.
